Installing the program on your Chromebook is very easy. You can download the app directly from the Chrome Web store by looking for OUINO in the store’s search box. You can install it like you would for any other apps. However, it can take a bit longer than other apps to install because it is rather large, but it can be used offline once you have activated it.
