Number 9 on our list. In this very sweet scene from Disney’s 1999 Movie Tarzan, Jane wants to learn how to speak Gorilla! The interaction between Tarzan and Jane is incredibly heartwarming and makes it one of the most memorable scenes in the movie. This is Disney animation at its finest.

Number 3. This scene from Disney’s Pixar “Finding Nemo”, shows the lovable blue tang fish “Dory” trying to speak whale! The excellent voice acting of Ellen Degeneres makes this scene absolutely charming and unforgettable.

Here is our second best scene. In this Season 10 episode of Friends, Joey is trying to learn French, but fails miserably. Matt LeBlanc’s excellent comedic timing makes this scene one of the funniest in television and certainly deserves our number 2 spot.

And finally, here is our top pick. In this 2006 remake of “The Pink Panther”, Inspector Clouseau, brilliantly played by Steve Martin, tries to perfect his American accent. While completely unrealistic, this scene is likely the most memorable language-learning scene in movie history.
