1. Program overview
OUINO Languages offers an affiliate program that allows approved affiliates to earn commissions by referring customers to OUINO Languages through their affiliate links.
By joining or participating in the affiliate program, you agree to follow these terms and any additional instructions provided by OUINO Languages.
2. Commission rate
Affiliates earn a commission of 25% of eligible referred sales, unless a different commission rate has been agreed to in writing.
Commission amounts are calculated based on the sale amount tracked by our affiliate system. Taxes, refunds, chargebacks, payment processing issues, duplicate transactions, or other adjustments may reduce or remove commissions.
3. Tracking and affiliate links
To receive credit for a referral, customers must use your affiliate link or otherwise be tracked by our affiliate system before completing a purchase.
We make reasonable efforts to track affiliate referrals accurately, but tracking can be affected by browser settings, cookie restrictions, ad blockers, private browsing, device changes, or other technical factors outside our control.
4. Commission splits
If more than one affiliate is tracked for the same customer before a purchase, the total commission for that sale may be divided between those affiliates.
For example, if a sale generates a $20.00 commission and two affiliates are credited, each affiliate may receive $10.00.
Commission splits are handled automatically by our affiliate system when multiple affiliate referrals are tracked for the same purchase. OUINO Languages may also review or adjust split commissions manually if needed to correct tracking issues, fraud, duplicate referrals, refunds, or special cases.
5. Payment method
Affiliate commissions are paid manually, usually through PayPal, using the payment email address listed in your affiliate account.
You are responsible for keeping your payment email address accurate and up to date. OUINO Languages is not responsible for payments sent to an incorrect payment email if that email was provided in your affiliate account.
6. Payment schedule and invoices
Commissions are grouped into invoices in the affiliate system. Open invoices continue accumulating eligible commissions until they are paid and closed.
Once an invoice is paid, it may be marked as closed. Future commissions will be added to a new open invoice when a new eligible sale is generated.
OUINO Languages may choose the payment schedule and minimum payout amount. If no minimum payout amount is specified, small balances may be carried forward until a future payment cycle.
7. Refunds, chargebacks, and cancelled orders
If a customer receives a refund, cancels an order, disputes a charge, or if a transaction is reversed for any reason, the related commission may be cancelled, deducted from a future invoice, or adjusted manually.
Commissions are only payable on valid, completed, non-fraudulent purchases.
8. Prohibited promotion methods
Affiliates must promote OUINO Languages honestly and professionally. The following are not allowed:
- Misleading claims, false promises, or inaccurate descriptions of OUINO products.
- Spam, unsolicited bulk email, or abusive messaging.
- Fake reviews, fake testimonials, or pretending to be an official OUINO representative.
- Using deceptive websites, forced redirects, cookie stuffing, or hidden tracking methods.
- Promoting OUINO on illegal, hateful, adult, violent, or otherwise inappropriate websites.
- Bidding on OUINO brand terms, misspellings, or similar brand-related keywords in paid ads without written permission.
- Using the OUINO name, logo, or branding in a way that may confuse customers into thinking your website or ad is operated directly by OUINO Languages.
9. Self-referrals
Affiliate commissions are intended for referring other people. Self-referrals, purchases made through your own affiliate link, or purchases made mainly to earn a commission may be rejected unless OUINO Languages has approved them in writing.
10. Brand and content use
You may use approved OUINO banners, affiliate links, and promotional materials made available in the affiliate dashboard.
You may not copy, alter, or misuse OUINO branding, product content, lesson content, software, videos, or website materials in a way that violates copyright, causes confusion, or misrepresents the product.
11. Account review and termination
OUINO Languages may review affiliate accounts, traffic sources, commissions, and promotional methods at any time.
We may suspend or terminate an affiliate account, withhold unpaid commissions, or reverse commissions if we believe these terms were violated, fraud occurred, or the affiliate acted in a way that may harm OUINO Languages or its customers.
12. Taxes and reporting
Affiliates are responsible for any taxes, reporting obligations, or legal requirements that apply to their affiliate income in their own country, province, state, or region.
13. Changes to these terms
OUINO Languages may update these affiliate terms from time to time. Continued participation in the affiliate program after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
